 This also means that we can take on the type of projects which others may shy away from, we’ll take a risk to create the kind of results which are award winning.

Gentoo Group’s Community Social Responsibility credentials speak for themselves, having been recognised with several national and regional accolades. These include a Business in the Community, 'Big Tick' award for our mentoring scheme for school pupils, and a National Edge award for our workplace learning initiatives.

 The Group has retained investors in people status since our inception and were winners of the national CIPD award for employee engagement in 2008. Our commitment to health and safety has led to an OHSAS 18001 accreditation.

 The impact of our business on the environment is something we take very seriously, as such we have implemented and are accredited with the environmental system ISO 14001. We were also named in the inaugural Sunday Times Top 50 Green Companies list and maintained a top 60 position in the 2009 list.

Our management systems are subject to constant review and audit, and we have obtained ISOS 9001:2008 accreditation for our quality management systems relating to valuation, acquisition, project management and leasehold management.
