WELCOME TO OUR FAMILY
A JOURNEY OF FAITH, FAMILY AND STEWARDSHIP
WHY
OUR FAMILY VALUES
WE EXPRESS GRATITUDE
We recognize and appreciate the blessings in our lives, acknowledging that all good things come from above.
WE HAVE FUN
We celebrate life’s moments together, finding joy in our relationships and creating lasting memories.
WE ACT WITH INTEGRITY
We strive to be honest and trustworthy in all our dealings, maintaining strong moral principles even when no one is watching.
WE ENGAGE
We actively participate in our community and with each other, building meaningful connections and relationships.
WE TAKE CARE OF OTHERS
We believe in serving others with compassion and generosity, extending God’s love to those around us.
RIVER OR RESERVOIR
In life, we can choose to be like a river—constantly flowing, giving, and bringing life to everything we touch. Or we can be like a reservoir—collecting and storing without sharing our blessings.
Our family chooses to be a river, allowing God’s blessings to flow through us to others, knowing that the more we give, the more we receive.

THE WORD OF GOD
“All scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness”
– 2 Timothy 3:16
Scripture is our foundation and guide. We believe the Bible is God’s inspired Word, providing wisdom and direction for every aspect of our lives.
“I will make you a great nation; I will bless you and make your name great; and you shall be a blessing”
– Genesis 12:2

QUESTION: WHY WILL GOD BLESS US?
ANSWER: TO BE A BLESSING
WE GET TO GIVE
GENEROUS AND A GOOD STEWARD
You have to be both in order for God to open the window of heaven.
GENEROSITY:
Giving is only one part of being blessed. If you aren’t giving then why would he give to you? He is moving it to help the people who need help. His purpose for our stewardship is to get His resources to the people who need it.

STEWARDSHIP:
Stewardship has to do with every effort of our life. Why would God give you more if you can’t manage a little?

FAITH
OUR FAITH JOURNEY
Faith is the cornerstone of our family. It guides our decisions, shapes our values, and provides strength during challenging times. We believe that through faith, all things are possible.
“For we walk by faith, not by sight.”
– 2 Corinthians 5:7
Our faith journey is not always easy, but it is always worthwhile. We strive to grow closer to God each day, learning from His Word and seeking His guidance in all that we do.

PRAYER
Prayer is our direct line of communication with God. We believe in the power of prayer to transform lives, heal wounds, and bring peace in times of trouble.

WORSHIP
Worship is our response to God’s goodness. Through worship, we express our gratitude, acknowledge His sovereignty, and draw closer to His presence.

COMMUNITY
Worship is our response to God’s goodness. Through worship, we express our gratitude, acknowledge His sovereignty, and draw closer to His presence.

FAMILY
THE NEED TO EQUIP FAMILY SHEPHERDS
As family leaders, we have the responsibility to guide, protect, and nurture those entrusted to our care. This requires wisdom, patience, and a deep commitment to living out the fruits of the Spirit.

LOVE
A deliberate attitude of devotion and good will towards others, without expecting anything in return.
JOY
A Christian joy that can help people through difficult times by providing perspective and lifting them up.
PEACE
The Bible says that people who live by the Spirit and have the Holy Spirit living inside them will have peace.
OUR FAMILY LEGACY
We believe that a strong family is built on love, respect, and shared values. Our goal is to create a legacy of faith and integrity that will impact generations to come.
Through intentional parenting, meaningful traditions, and a commitment to growing together, we strive to build a family that honors God and serves others.

FINANCE
BIBLICAL FINANCIAL PRINCIPLES
We believe that financial stewardship is an important aspect of our faith journey. By following biblical principles, we can honor God with our resources and experience the freedom that comes from wise financial management.

10 BIBLICAL FINANCIAL PRINCIPLES
GOD’S WISDOM FOR MANAGING YOUR FINANCES
1. GOD IS THE SOURCE
“My God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.”
– Philippians 4:19
The first principle is that God is the source of everything. Whenever we need money or possessions, prayer is the answer. Look to the Lord, because He will provide it—according to His will.
“And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work.“
– 2 Corinthians 9:8

2. SPEND LESS THAN YOU EARN

“The wise store up choice food and olive oil, but fools gulp theirs down.“
– Proverbs 21:20
Living within your means is a fundamental principle of financial wisdom. By spending less than you earn, you create margin for saving, giving, and preparing for the future.
3. AVOID DEBT
“The rich rule over the poor, and the borrower is slave to the lender.“
– Proverbs 22:7
Debt creates financial bondage. We strive to avoid unnecessary debt and work toward financial freedom by making wise choices with the resources God has provided.

GIVING WITH PURPOSE
“Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.”
– 2 Corinthians 9:7
INVESTMENTS
STEWARDSHIP OF RESOURCES
As stewards of God’s resources, we are called to manage our finances wisely. This includes making thoughtful investment decisions that align with our values and provide for our family’s future.
We believe in diversification, patience, and investing with a long-term perspective, recognizing that wealth building is a marathon, not a sprint.
